I visited the Elvis Presley Graceland Mansion in May of 2020 along with my family. We had a lovely time at the mansion. We had a VIP Tour which included our guided tour with our lovely tour guide, visit to the mansion, lunch at Vernon’s smokehouse which is located at the E. P. Memphis Entertainment complex across the street, our entrance into the Complex for the day, a professional photograph, a visit to the Archives building which is located at the mansion property and a visit to the airplanes exhibit. In my Youtube video provided below you can view my pictorial visit to the mansion. Please subscribe to my Youtube channel if you have not already and leave me a comment if you have visited Graceland before! For more information on tickets to see Graceland or information to stay at the Guesthouse at Graceland please visit the website! https://www.graceland.com
As a child, I always was fascinated by my mother’s Elvis Presley albums in our large 70’s stereo furniture console! I can remember her getting on to me as I would put on the record to listen. She certainly did not want her albums getting scratched by her determined 7 year old. Those were the days for sure! Those same albums, including those scratched now sit in the vinyl box of my middle daughter who loves to keep her grandma’s vintage records! Now days, I can leisurely enjoy Elvis on my SiriusXM in my car by listening to Elvis radio stationed at the Entertainment Complex right in Memphis! If my mom could only be here now she would be amazed!
Visiting Graceland was always something that came to my mind as I got older, in fact, my mother and I always pondered on the fact we should go at some point. Time seems to get in the way and the years suddenly pass, she was sick most time and those visions had faded at some point, although every now and then it would come to mind and we would talk about going but never did. You always think to yourself, ok, maybe next year and so on. I can say that to visit Graceland was certainly on my bucket list. I wanted to go and experience it for sure before my life is over. My mother passed away a few years ago so unfortunately our trip to Graceland together never happened. When she died, my idea to go to Graceland opened again as I searched to hear those tunes that I so remembered us listening to as a child. I searched to hear Elvis sing ” How great thou art”, one of my favorite gospel tunes by him. Listening to it made me feel close to my mother again, it helped heal a void that will perhaps be with me all my life, but somehow it made me feel more at peace with her passing. I suddenly found the urge again that I wanted to visit Graceland, now was the time! I learned after my mother passed away suddenly that life is so very short and while we are here on this earth we need to enjoy it and see what is out there while we can! Now, because later may never come!
I got into the planning mode and shared with my brother and sister my wanting to go. I was not sure if they would be interested in going since I wasn’t sure if they liked Elvis at all. I am 7 years senior to my brother and 6 to my sister. It was a good thing I did not purchase those tickets just yet because to my surprise on my birthday in May, my brother and sister in law surprised me with airline tickets and a reservation to stay at the Guest House at Graceland! We were packing to leave in 2 weeks! It was now a reality! I was so excited! Covid-19 had closed up America for some time, our trip to Graceland was during the first week they had opened back up for tourists. I was not really sure what to expect and it was a little concerning to me that it was so soon after everything just opened, but we went with a strong mind of how we were going to stay safe and went off anyway! I am so glad we did! By far, this, for me, was the most memorable trip I had ever done in my life, I felt my mother’s spirit as I boarded the planes to get to Memphis. I knew she was with me!
Our flight was on board American Airlines out of Melbourne, FL. This was my first flight on American and all went very well! Masks were mandatory on board the flight at all times unless you were eating or drinking. We were in first class service but since Covid they did not provide a meal service, just offered drinks which was fine with us since our flight was short. I noticed that we were not the only ones with our wipes and sanitizer. I seen people had there wipes out, using them on the seats and trays, people were friendly and courteous unlike what I thought would be especially since being inside your house for months could make anyone a little cranky! The flights went well and soon we got to Memphis to enjoy this wonderful 3 night adventure! It was so exciting to be able to share this adventure with my siblings!
The Guest House at Graceland was very easy to get to from the airport. It is located just a few miles. The drive was very easy! We decided to rent a car while visiting, however, if you want they have a shuttle that is complimentary that will get you from the airport and return you to the airport. The shuttle also runs to the mansion and the entertainment complex. It is complimentary!
The property had wonderful security. The guard gate would check your ID when you first arrived then there after they would check to see your key card. You then had to enter and exit by using your key card. Reminded me a lot of Walt Disney World. Driving up the property, it was an addition of the mansion’s grand entrance and had beautiful lux greenery landscaping. When you walk up to the hotel, it feels like home, it’s elegance draws you in, it’s so inviting and smells wonderful when you walk in the front lobby. The decorated lobby of this AAA 4 star hotel is full of elegance and grace, just like Elvis would have liked. The first thing that stuck out to me was the chairs in shape of Elvis’s capes. The high back furniture, the feel of 70’s decor, the colors of whites and golds mixed with darker color furniture. The ceiling in the center is grand with its sparkling glass crafted to resemble Elvis’s capes. It has soft Elvis music in the back ground that is heard throughout the property. In a weird way, yes it is crazy to say, but you feel as though you are visiting Elvis, like he is there! It has a very peaceful vibe, one I can’t describe. It just has a certain touch about it! The hotel has area for meetings and large gatherings, along with restaurant’s “Delta’s Kitchen” which is named after Elvis’s Aunt Delta, EP’s Bar and Grill, Shake Rattle and Roll which is a coffee shop and there was a lobby bar that offered drinks and light snacks. During our stay due to just returning from Covid shut down, none of those were open except for Shake Rattle and Roll. The hotel also offers a full viewing theater that has a schedule of Elvis films and concerts. There was a gift shop that was opened that had a lot of great Elvis souvenirs or if you would like they had some great Elvis artwork that could be purchased to take home. The outdoor pool was very nice and inviting with modern pool side chairs and sofa’s for your leisure. There was plenty of areas of seating that offered up some cozy fire’s for your enjoyment. The property is absolutely beautiful. They have a Chapel in the Woods that we did not get to see, but I know they have the ability to schedule wedding’s in the Chapel. The hotel offers up many different accommodations with free shuttle to the mansion and Entertainment complex. The guest rooms are very large, clean and inviting! I will link my Youtube video below if you are interested in seeing the property and the rooms! Below I am posting photos I took of the property!
Our room was a very spacious room, very clean and crisp. I loved the soft color tones with the pops of Hot pink! The room had 2 queen beds, very large spacious bathroom with plentiful towel linens folded below the sink for easy access. A blow dryer, shampoo and other toiletries were available. The room also had desk with chair, end table with lamp that was in between the two beds, 2 sitting chairs and a small table that sat in front of a large window that viewed the courtyard and pool. It had a spacious closet (bright pink inside) that had hangers, a clothes iron and safe. There was a large tv on the console that held storage drawers for clothing or other items. Elvis music played on the tv as we walked in. The artwork on the walls added a touch of Elvis. In the room we had the famous 50’s gold suit and in the bathroom was a photo of one of Elvis’s many cars. We really enjoyed this room! Below are some photo’s I took!
The pictures below are the back of the Guest House property where you will find the recreation areas and outdoor seating. It has a very peaceful, southern, elegant charm to it.
During our stay in Memphis we went to a special BBQ restaurant down the street that was recommended by the gal at the front desk. I forgot to also mention how friendly the staff was at the Guest House! The hospitality was so very nice! We went to a BBQ restaurant called Marlowe’s in Memphis. The restaurant opened in 1974, wow I was 3 years old! It has so much Elvis memorabilia to look at. The owner is a lovely older gentlemen who was more then happy to tell us some great Elvis stories of the past and we really enjoyed our chit chat with him! To our surprise we were seated in the very same booth that Elvis used to dine in while visiting the restaurant, it gave him a great view of the windows so he could see who was coming in and out of the restaurant. The booth sits in the back corner in the bar area of the building. Our waitress shared that information with us when we were seated then it was confirmed again when we were talking with the owner about Elvis and his times he would come in to dine.
We really enjoyed our dining here that we visited the restaurant twice. To be honest, trust me when I say, the BBQ is oh my goodness, really, really GOOD! If you would like they will pick you up in a pink limo to take you to the restaurant and then return you to your hotel. We opted to just drive ourselves since it was a very short drive. There is also a gift shop located in the store that has all kinds of Elvis goodies! If you are in the Memphis area, I highly suggest you take a peek at this fabulous, family owned restaurant! Your taste buds will thank you!
We had an amazing time staying at The Guest House and suggest that if you are planning a trip to Graceland, you must stay at the Guest House! It is really a nice hotel! I can almost feel how proud Elvis would be at what has become of Graceland today!

Maiden Voyage April 1, 1998 refurbished in Oct 2018
Length: 855 ft
Capacity: 2,130 including crew
13 passenger used decks
I sailed the Carnival Elation ship on October 5, 2019 out of Port Canaveral located in the sunny state of Florida! I love Port Canaveral cruise port! Our sailing was a 5 night Caribbean sailing that went to the ports of Amber Cove in The Dominican Republic and Grand Turk in the Caicos Islands. We had a junior suite stateroom which entitled us to priority boarding and tendering along with luxury linens and amenities. Boarding was painless at Port Canaveral Cruise Port.
Once on board, the usual crowded hallways and elevators was present. Boarding day always has the hustle and bustle of people coming and going, crowding on the elevators etc. No matter what ship you sail, boarding day is busy! We noticed the two sets of elevators with another set across that just went up to Deck 10. The double elevators only had one working so the line was really long and being that our stateroom was on Deck 14 we could not take the other elevator since it only went to Deck 10. We ended up walking up the stairs 10 flights with our luggage! What a workout that was! Once we arrived to our stateroom we were pleasantly surprised by how cozy it was! After boarding day the elevators were very easy to get on and off and we had a very relaxing cruise!
Our Stateroom G29
We had a Junior Suite Balcony on board the Carnival Elation Ship. Our stateroom number was G29. This stateroom was conveniently close to the elevator yet snugged in a corner. You could also get to the outside deck easily from this stateroom with just a short walk. Once outside on the deck you would run into the Miniature Golf and excellent photo opportunity with the beautiful high view we had. It made for an excellent sunrise and sunset view! We absolutely loved it! The newly refurbished stateroom was very spacious and offered a pretty good sized bathroom with all the amenities we needed. The two twin beds could provide a King is you preferred, the sofa bed was a nice sitting area during the day and could be turned into a sleeper at night. A large flat screen tv sits on the wall to save space. A refrigerator, large closets, a desk with stool and plenty of shelves and storage drawers. The balcony was a very good size with 2 chairs and a small table. I want to add that this stateroom also had 6 USB ports, American outlets and a European outlet. We really enjoyed this stateroom.
Check out my Youtube video below the photos to see a video of this stateroom tour!

I sailed Royal Caribbean Mariner of the Seas on September 9, 2019 on a 4 night sailing. Our boarding the ship we learned that our sailing was going to be a Hurricane relief sailing which would change our itinerary Sea Day to a stop in Freeport for relief!
We ported out of our home port of Port Canaveral, FL and ventured off on a sailing that we would never forget. Being a Floridian, I could understand the destruction that hurricane’s cause. A Cat 5 storm is not one in my life time that I have experienced and one that I hope to never have to experience. I have been through Cat 1, 2 and 3 storms. Let me tell you something, it can be brutal! We had Cat 2 Hurricane Frances hit us back in 2004 that stalled on us for 2 days. The destruction was bad enough but I will not forget the lack of resources and food. Our power was out for weeks and businesses were not open. I can not imagine what the people of The Abaco Islands went through. It was a complete honor to be on a sailing that provided relief to some that were lucky to receive. I felt it was an amazing thing that the cruise line industry did during this time of need! Cruise Lines were stopping in to Freeport to offer up supplies, rides to Nassau, food and some of the local lines here in FL rescued animals too. It is nice to see people come together in time of need. Our first stop of our cruise was Freeport Bahama’s. We stayed for a few hours to drop off supplies and pick up passengers that needed to get to Nassau. We were then off to Nassau to have an overnight stay at the port. The port was not open all night for us, it was closed overnight. You could get off and walk around but could not go past the gate.
Royal Caribbean Mariner of the Seas achieved her maiden voyage on November 16, 2003. She was Refurbished in 2018 with a $120 million dollar dry dock that took 6 weeks to complete. She is 138,279 GT and is 1,020.7 feet long. She has 15 decks and has a capacity of 3,114 passengers and 1,185 crew.
Whats on Board?
Mariner has enough to do on board to suit the entire family no matter what your likes are while on a cruise. You can find several adult areas, children’s areas, restaurants, casino, recreation etc. You can even find a lounge chair if you would rather have a nice book and sit and listen to the ocean.
Mariner of the Seas has many options for dining on board. I can certainly tell you that the Main Dining Room on this ship is one of the most beautiful dining rooms I have ever seen on a ship! Actually out of my 16 sailings I have done so far, she is the most beautiful dining room! Her elegance is captured as soon as you walk in the room. She is a 3 level spacious dining room with a grand staircase, elegant lighting, columns and trims of black and gold with white linens and white and black chairs. She is truly beautiful and brings a charm to your fine dining experience. You will have breakfast, lunch and dinner served in the Main Dining every day with multiple choices on the menus!
Boardwalk Dog House is also on board at Lido Pool deck for complimentary dogs with all the toppings! Cafe Promenade has Pizza and other complimentary items and drinks on Deck 5. You will also find specialty restaurants on board including Izumi Hibachi and Sushi, Full service Starbucks, Ben and Jerry’s Ice Cream, Johnny Rockets, Jamie’s Italian Kitchen, Chops Grille! Specialty dining has an extra charge and can be reserved prior to your cruise in your planning section of your online reservation! There is a discount for all dining booked prior to sailing so do not miss out and get those booked prior to sailing to get a table and savings! Johnny Rockets does not take reservations they are an uncharge first come first serve restaurant with limited seating!
“The Dining Room is one of the most beautiful dining rooms I have seen on a cruise ship” ~ Michelle
The Windjammer buffet area is a great option if you want quick, tasty and casual!

Be sure to arrive early to the show at least 15 minutes early to get a seat, they book up fast and are first come first serve! Casino Royale offers up slots, tables, scratch off games and drawings. The Royal Theater is a two deck theater that has live broadway shows. You will find the Royal Theater on Deck 3 and 4 Fwd. Below I have included some photos of different recreational areas on board the ship.
Lounges, Shops and promenade view
The ship has a variety of lounges and shops on board. Nightly entertainment can be found in the lounges and on the promenade.
There is also a Full service Starbucks!!
I loved that this ship had a full service Starbucks. It also allowed me to use my Starbucks rewards and gift cards. The seating behind the starbucks is really nice to sit and enjoy your coffee while enjoying some beautiful views through the large port hole windows. ~ Michelle
Our Balcony Stateroom Room 8570
Our stateroom on board the Mariner of the Seas was a nice, spacious balcony stateroom that slept up to 3 guests. It had two twin beds that would convert to a King if you choose, a sofa for seating only, it was not a sleeper. There was an upper birth sleeper that was over the beds. Your stateroom host or hostess will unlock it out of the ceiling at night for turn down service if you need the upper birth. There was a bathroom and a large closet, night stands, a desk with vanity chair and mirror, lots of drawers and space. A fridge is available too. The balcony has a table and two chairs with adequate room for moving around. Our stateroom host was really attentive and was sure to have what we needed available when we were in need.

Arriving to Disney’s Fort Wilderness Campground and Resort is a nice little drive in with the lush landscaping and beautiful flowers that are added to this little country paradise nestled in Central Florida. Fort Wilderness is a campground that has been a part of Walt Disney for many years and has been a yearly tradition for our family. We have visited several times per year for over 15 years now. It never gets old, every time we visit, it is another great memory! As you come in to the property you will be greeted by a security personnel that will check your drivers license and verify your reservation. You will be directed either to the right and circle around to walk in the guest services building or you will go to the left and do the drive up check in. No matter which way you go, you will have a Disney Cast member eager to help you get started on your magical vacation! When you check in you will be given some paperwork which includes a map of the campground and a direction of where to find your place you have reserved whether that be a cabin or campsite. You will also be given a form to take to the Golf Cart attendant if you are renting a golf cart during your stay. You will also be given a magic band which is your ticket to the world: it is your key to open your door, an easy swipe when you shop since your credit card on file is attached to it, and it is your tickets to the park, also you can use it to open the gates when coming in and out of the resort. It is light and comfortable on your wrist. Your magic band can get wet and it can also be kept for souvenir.
Tip: If you go to your reservation online prior to your trip you can design your band to the color you prefer, otherwise you will have what is available at check in.
Golf carts are available for rental at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Campground. Golf cart rules are the same as driving a vehicle and is enforced by Orange County Sheriffs Office. You will see local sheriffs riding through at times along with Walt Disney security. Drivers must be at least 16 years of age to operate the golf carts and hold a valid drivers license. Rules of the road apply and they appreciate the same courtesy for buses too. Do not pass a bus, when you see a car or bus behind you find a safe place to gently pull over so the vehicle can pass by and then move back along. The rules are placed on top of the steering wheel. Always remember to charge them when not driving them. You will have electrical outlets at the Trails End parking, cabins and campsites to charge them. During our trip this last time we entered into the Golf Cart Parade for the 4th of July!! What fun! The cart as of July 2019 was $68 per day to rent, that can change without notice. It is very much advised to place your reservation for your cart with the Bike Barn when you book your reservation for the resort to be sure you are guaranteed a cart. The Bike Barn’s phone number is (407) 824-2742.

Embarkation was smooth as always at Port Canaveral. We chose to do the Preferred Parking at Disney Cruise Line for 7 nights. The price was $156.00 for preferred parking and regular parking in the parking garage was $136.00. Preferred parking parks you closer to the building but your car is not in a covered area. The curb service will take your luggage for you from your car. The self Parking is across the street in the parking garage. You will drop your luggage at the curbside before entering the parking garage on self parking. Elevators and stairs are available to take you to the first floor.
Boarding the Fantasy ship was amazing just like it is on all Disney Cruise Line ships. The feeling of welcome as you enter this massive beauty is overwhelming excitement. I love how you are welcomed on board. The cheers of welcome from the crew is amazing. The smell of the ship is inviting and the view of the Atrium is stunning. Here are some photos of the Atrium that I took!
“The one thing that really stood out to me on this ship was her beautiful lighting! Really really beautiful! It catches your eye when you walk in” ~Michelle
The 3 deck Atrium was so beautiful with the dark blue, cream and light green peacock design on the carpet, gorgeous grand stair case with royal blue carpet. The tall columns were bright gold. The panels that boarder each deck had gold characters and scrolling of art throughout. The floors just shine! The beautiful Minnie statue in the Atrium completes this elegant view!
Disney Cruise Line has 3 rotational main dining rooms on all the ships in the fleet. On the Disney Fantasy ship there was Enchanted Garden, Royal Court and Animators Palate. All three restaurants had wonderful food and the service team we had which were Cindy Joseph, our head server, Joel Dsa, our Server and our assistant server Nery Esquivel Zaldivar, gave us fabulous service all week. Your service team that is assigned to you will follow you to each dining venue each night that you are assigned to. Each dining night your head server will greet your table and ask how your day was, tell you some upcoming tips or announcements for your next port of call or sea day. Your head server will also be sure to let you know that they are there to give you exceptional service and if there are any issues to bring it to the attention. Your assistant server will assist you in any bar drinks or other beverages you may need to assist the Server.
Enchanted Garden Restaurant
The Enchanted Garden is a beautiful fairy tale restaurant on board the Disney Fantasy ship. Her soft green table linens match the beautiful green scrolling that accents the columns in the restaurant. The restaurant goes from Day to night as you dine with the flower light covers opening as the room changes. The lights in the ceilings will change different colors from blue to pink and purple. The menu gives a variety of cuisine from chicken to seafood and more. The Enchanted Garden was a delightful dining experience! We were able to dine in each of the three beautiful restaurants more then once on our 7 night voyage due to the rotational dining Disney Cruise Line offers. Each restaurant had available a different menu each night we dined. We enjoyed all of them! Below are photos of dishes from Enchanted Garden Restaurant. Food was amazing!!
Royal Court Restaurant
The Royal Court Restaurant was my very favorite restaurants out of the three restaurants on board. I was lucky to have the majority of my dining nights in this restaurant. It is beautiful with the red and gold carpets, light color columns and ceilings with trims of rich gold. The lighting in this restaurant was just beautiful and added an elegant touch to the eye. The lighting sitting on the lower columns sat inside the gold Royal pumpkin coaches. So beautiful and elegant! The French cuisine in this restaurant was amazing! The artwork in the back of the restaurant where we sat was made of tiny glass and featured Jasmine and Aladdin on the magic carpet. I have noticed that Disney ships have a variety of different art made with tiny glass. So beautiful! Below are some of my food dishes from the Royal Court, all were very good except for the poor quality beef dish that I got on Pirate night, it was not good, very bad cut of meat, flavor not good, tough and could not cut it. The only one food item that was not good. Everything else made up for it and was honestly amazing!
Animator’s Palate on board the Disney Fantasy ship was a bright and cheery dining experience. It is a room that is filled with folks who draw there own cartoon character and then everyone has their drawing in a showtime spectacular that is shown on the screens for everyone to enjoy at the end of the dining experience. It was amazing. I have shots of it in my Disney Fantasy Vlog series that is up on Youtube. It is a restaurant that has chairs made of Mickey Mouse, columns that are pencils and paint brushes. The ceilings are lighted in beautiful paint colors for any artist at heart to love. The movie screens that are located all over the dining area to allow all to view has a special interactive Crush experience that is bound to give you a good laugh. Crush interacts with the audience! All this entertainment while you feast on some amazing Disney Cruise Line dishes. Below are some of my photos of dishes we had. All of our food was really good! My favorite dish is the Black Truffle Pasta!
Adult Dining on Board Disney Fantasy
Although I was unable to dine in the Adult restaurants, I did manage to go in while they were closed and take some shots of each restaurant. Please be noted that they were Closed and that is why the tables were not completely dressed.
Disney Cruise Line offers adult only dining dining experience on board for an extra charge per person. Palo and Remy both are beautiful dining venues on board the beautiful Fantasy ship and will provide impeccable dining service, delicious food and outstanding views. Reservations prior to sailing strongly advised since they book quickly. There is also a Sea day brunch available for reservation too for an extra charge. These restaurants are so beautiful and elegant, there is also a sitting lounge that is connected in the middle of the two restaurants to offer you a relaxing place to sit and have a cocktail if waiting for your table or perhaps just to come in to socially have a drink. Outside seating was available also. I have a Youtube Vlog that shows you these venues that is linked below.
Cabana’s Lido Buffet Dining
Cabana’s is located in the Aft of the ship on the Lido deck area. It is a beautiful large casual dining experience which offers a lot of indoor and outdoor seating. The island decor is tropical themed and features beautiful colors and palm trees. The outdoor seating is one of my favorite areas to be on in the morning for breakfast. The Aft views are amazing and peaceful in the morning. Cabana’s is open for Breakfast Lunch and Dinner. Dinner was not available on the first sailing night of our sailing but I was told every night after that would have dinner. We ate in Cabana’s for breakfast and lunch every day of our sailing. We enjoyed it. The ship does offer sit down restaurant dining for Breakfast and Lunch but we did not do the sit down. I have added some photos below to show you some of my Cabana’s food we had during our sailing.
Other Food options
The lido has food options for quick bite located on deck 11. Flo’s Cafe offers 3 different options. Tow Mater has hot dogs, burgers etc., Luigi’sPizza has a variety of pizza including cheese, veggie, pepperoni and more. Fillmore’s section will have sandwiches, wraps, fruits and salads. Also on the lido deck you will find the sweet shop Sweet on You which offers a variety of sweet tooth treats for an extra charge. Room service is also available and has a variety of items to choose. Trust me it has the best mac n cheese, just saying! Buena Vista Theater has a snack bar too by the theater to offer alcohol beverages, soda, water, candy, popcorn and other items. The adult section on board Deck 4 will have a late night snack buffet for adults only.
The Walt Disney Theater
The Walt Disney Theater offers live broadway shows that are really good! The shows are offered twice in the evening to accommodate both dining times. The scheduled shows will be presented on the sign outside the theater or in the online Navigator on your App along with times.
The Buena Vista Theater
The Buena Vista Theater is a large movie theater that features Disney’s first run movies. Be sure to check out a show! It is on Deck 4

Disney Fantasy has a variety of entertainment and recreation to keep you busy during your journey to paradise. The daily schedule can be found on your Disney Cruise Line App along with a variety of other information. Be sure to download the Disney Cruise Line App to your phone prior to sailing. On the schedule you find game shows, schedules for kids, bingo, cooking demos etc. Some of the sports recreation on the ship is a putt putt mini golf coarse, foosball, ping pong, basketball. The ship has an adult pool in the adult section that offers a swim up bar with seating and hot tubs. The main lido deck has Mickeys slide along with Mickey’s pool and a main larger pool. Fresh Towels and Life Vests are available on deck. Life guards are on duty while the pools are open. The ship has a wide selection of seating and loungers to enjoy during the day or to enjoy a movie outside under the stars while your children swim. You will also find hair braiding on deck available for extra charge. You will also find souvenir kiosks.
The Disney Fantasy ship has an all exclusive Europa adult area to the ship on Deck 4 that is really amazing. I had my young daughter on this trip and was not actually able to experience the night life but since I was able to walk through and view these fine places on the ship, I can only image how awesome they have to be for adults! Trust me folks, Disney is not just for children, they have great adult night life with lounges and adult comedy available. You will find outdoor bars and lounges on board too.
The Europa section on deck 4 featured some really nice adult lounges. O’Gills Pub was a very nice Irish pub that had a few tv screens available for sports viewing. A nice casual area for sitting and playing board games if you wish. The pub offered several different board games for use while having your favorite brew.
Skyline Lounge offered a very cozy bar setting with a fireplace setting and night time views on large LCD screens of different city views including Hong Kong, New York, London and Barcelona.
Ooh La La was a beautiful and romantically elegant champagne lounge. A pianist is there to give you some live entertainment. A really nice setting for a few friends or a romantic date.
La Piazza was an Italian Festive themed Carosello bar that was really nice. They have a small late night buffet available for adults only.
The Tube was a London inspired lounge that was really cool! I have these lounges located in my Fantasy ship vlogs so check them out! There is certainly a lot of great things for adults to do on board the Disney Fantasy.
Shopping is plentiful on Disney Fantasy. The ship offers duty free shops that carry fashion items, clothing, souvenirs, personal items, toiletries, Disney Cruise Line merchandise, Fine Art and other collectibles and jewelry. Mickey’s Mainsail, White Caps ,Sea Treasures and Bvlgari jewelry you will find on Deck 3. Tiffany & Co is on Deck 4. You will also find on deck 11 Whozits & Whatzits that offers anything you would need for the sun deck from bathed suits, flip flops, cover ups, sun screen etc. Vista Art Gallery is located on Deck 2 where you can view artwork that is sold in White Caps on board.
Remember that the ship also offers great entertainment for all ages of children to keep them busy so adults can have a night life. Nursery, Oceaneer Club, Edge and Vibe are available!
Shutters on Deck 4 has multiple kiosk stations for your portrait viewing and purchase. Be sure to get all those portraits ordered by the night before your cruise ending to ensure they will be ready for pick up in time before debarkation. You can stop by anytime to view your photos by using your room card to find your account.
We chose to do the express Debark, we were instructed to go to Deck 4 by 7 am. The wait was about 30 minutes for us to actually get off. It was not a bad wait. Port Canaveral was easy as usual to get though the process. We had an amazing time on board the Disney Fantasy ship! It was so worth the money spent for the impeccable service we got, really good food, great shows and an amazing state room hostess that kept our room fresh, cleaned and well stocked with everything we needed throughout our journey to the Western Caribbean. I highly suggest a Disney Cruise for you and your family! My cruise Vlogs are located on Youtube on my channel Mlb Destinations, check them out! Remember to like and subscribe for more of my content!
