Banana Bread

  • 2 cups All Purpose Flour
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 4 RIPE Banana’s
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Butter (1Stick) SOFT
  • 1/2 cup of Pecans (optional)
  • butter or cooking spray for greasing pan

In a large Bowl cream your sugar and Butter. Then add Eggs, beat gently. Add Banana’s and mix well. Then add salt, baking powder and baking soda. Mix well. Add Flour, mix well. Fold in Pecan’s if you are using them. Super easy guys!

Add mixture to a well greased tube or bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes or until lightly brown and it does not jiggle. That’s it. Slice and add butter on top while hot! Super good!
